Generator Labs offers free service tiers with limited features and usage quotas. Free plans are limited to one account per customer or organization. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to disable, suspend, or terminate inactive free accounts or accounts that violate these Terms.
Paid subscriptions are available in multiple tiers (Starter, Professional, Enterprise, Ultimate) with billing cycles of 1, 6, 12, or 24 months. Subscriptions are billed in advance, and longer billing periods receive discounted rates. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan.

The Ultimate plan operates on a credit-based system. Customers must maintain sufficient credit balance to perform monitoring checks. Credits are non-refundable. The Service will continue checking as long as sufficient credits remain in your account.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate unless cancelled before the renewal date. Failure to renew will result in service expiration and loss of access to monitoring data according to our retention policies.
We may change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until their next renewal period. We will provide reasonable notice of price changes.
We offer a fifteen (15) day money-back guarantee for customers who are not satisfied with our Service. To qualify:

You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period, but no refund will be issued for unused time.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GENERATOR LABS, INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO GENERATOR LABS DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Generator Labs, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Generator Labs, Inc. regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral. Any modifications to these Terms must be in writing and signed by both parties, except as provided in the "Changes to Terms" section above.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights or provisions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
