Two Kinds of Abusix Listing

Spam or abuse listings. Your IP hit Abusix spam traps or showed signs of compromise. Fix the cause, then delist.

Policy listings. Your IP has no reverse DNS or a generic one, so Abusix treats it as an IP that shouldn't send mail directly. If it's a real mail server, set proper reverse DNS and request an exception.

How to Delist

Look up your IP at lookup.abusix.com and create a free account; Abusix requires one to stop abuse of the delisting form. Requests are processed immediately and usually show within five minutes.

What Usually Causes It

Mail sent without confirmed opt-in, purchased or very old lists, bounce handling that hits spam traps, compromised accounts, and infected machines on your network.
