SORBS, one of the oldest spam blocklists, was shut down by its owner Proofpoint on June 5, 2024, and its lists were emptied. Its domain no longer resolves. There's nothing left to be listed on, and nothing to request removal from.
If a rejection message still mentions SORBS, the receiving server's configuration is out of date. Contact that server's administrator and ask them to remove SORBS from their blocklist settings. If it's your own mail server, remove it from yours.
